Join us for another laid back TT event.  You don't have to participate in the TT, although you'll miss a lot of fun. Be sure to RSVP (even if don't plan to do the Time Trail or ride) as this will give us an idea of how much ice cream to bring.

There are two routes a 30 miler and a 45 miler.  Each route incorporates the 10-mile time trial course.  Be aware and respectful of those who will be competing in the TT.  Stay next to the right shoulder of the road and avoid riding side by side on the TT section of the route.  Time trial riders should alert riders that they are approaching and shout, 'on your left' when passing.

Time trial riders should follow triathlon rules when approaching a cyclist ahead of them.  The bicycle draft zone is 10 meters long extending backwards from the leading edge of the front wheel (5 bike lengths of clear space between bikes).  Athletes have 20 seconds to pass through this zone.  If you can't complete the pass within 20 seconds, you have to go back 5 bike lengths before you attempt another pass.

If you are competing in the Time Trial, make sure you record and save your ride on your Strava mobile app.  This is how we will record the results. You don't need a Premium Strava account, the free version (available for apple or android phones) works perfectly for recording your rides.

There will be a water stop at the end of the TT section in the school parking lot.

Ride start times are staggered so everyone will be able to complete the route at roughly the same time.

45mile route start time is 8:00am
30mile route start time is 9:00am

Ice cream will be served at 11:00 with results announced at 11:15.
